Portsmouth frustrated by battling Yeovil in goalless stalematePaul Cook's Portsmouth were held to a 0-0 home draw by struggling Yeovil in a game of few scoring chances.Pompey followed up their first defeat of the season against Exeter in midweek with more dropped points in front of a bumper Fratton Park crowd.Matt Tubbs had the pre-season promotion favourites' best opportunities but his finishing was wayward.The first real chance of the game came after half an hour when Yeovil's Josh Sheehan crossed to the head of Ryan Bird but the striker's effort was turned around the post by Aaron McCarey in the Pompey goal.Portsmouth continued to control the tempo of the game throughout the first half but the crowd became increasingly frustrated at a lack of goalmouth action.Gary Roberts had the chance to put the home side ahead on the hour, but his effort from 10 yards flew just over.Artur Krysiak was forced into his first save of the game with 10 minutes remaining when he palmed away Michael Doyle's long-range effort
