Portsmouth have confirmed that David Cotterill's loan from Swansea City has been extended until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old was originally meant to be sent back to his parent club after tomorrow's game with Leicester but he will now spend the rest of the campaign wearing the blue of Pompey.
It's good to have some good news after the recent disappointing season ticket prices announcement (more of my thoughts on that this weekend) as I've been quite impressed with Cotterill Jr. since his arrival.
He works well with Ritchie De Laet down the right and if you can get the ball to him then he's always willing to take people on. His crossing and corners aren't too bad, either.
Hopefully he'll celebrate this news personally with a goal at the Walkers Stadium tomorrow.
