Peter Storrie appeared in court today charged with "cheating the public revenue".
Pompey's chief executive turned up to the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court and only spoke to confirm his name and his date of birth. He was later released on unconditional bail until the 20th of January next year for a plea and case management hearing at Southwick Crown Court.
So it looks like a while yet before this case is closed, but at least Peter can now focus on his job for the time being.
