Redknapp said: "It was a great point in the end. Stoke played as well as anyone has done against us in the first half.
"They were bright and lively, picked up all the second balls, and we were fortunate to be still in the game.
"I switched our system because I had to. I decided we needed to play with more width and I demanded more from my players.
"In fairness to them, they all picked up their game in the second half and it was a good come-back."
