We now urge the administrator Andrew Andronikou from Hacker Young to make it a priority to speak to the Pompey Supporters Trust about the role they can play during this difficult time. We are aware that he has experience of administrations at football clubs in the past, both at Pompey the last time we were in this position and on at least one other occasion. As you would expect, like all fans we will be watching developments very closely.
We will support anyone who wants the best for our proud football club and understands the passion, honesty and integrity of our club and its city, with its rich traditions and history. But we will not accept anyone - past or present - thinking they can ever again take our club for a ride.
To any possible future owner, we urge them to work with fans groups and the Supporters Trust to rebuild the shattered relationship between the club and its fans.
