Portsmouth to swoop for Fuller?

Fuller, who joined Preston from Heart of Midlothian in 2002, has enjoyed a successful spell at Deepdale, but has rejected a contract extention and the Football Championship side are eager to cash in rather than risk Fuller leaving on a free transfer.

Portsmouth have apparentily offered £1.7m for the player, with some of the fees depending on performance clauses.
