The first game will be a trip to relegated Wycombe Wanderers on July 20th, followed four days later by an away game at Football League 1 side Torquay United.
Division Two Champions (this is where the league name changes get confusing) Plymouth Argyle are next to host Pompey on the 28th July, followed by a trip up to Bristol City on the 30th.
Portsmouth round off their tour with an exciting trip to Northamptonshire, where Portsmouth will play Football League 2 side Rushden & Diamonds at Nene Park.
Portsmouth are also eager to arrange a home friendly before the start of the 2004/2005 Premiership season.
