Portsmouth get their man

An injury crisis, coupled with Harry Redknapp seemingly preferring to eat glass rather than play Marc Burchill, has left Pompey desperately short of options up front as they aim to improve their poor start to the season.

Kamara, who plays for Italian side Modena, has been linked with a number of clubs, but a deal has been done for that 23-year-old to play for Portsmouth for the season.


Modena have slapped a £2.5 pricetag on the striker, but Portsmouth will have the option of 'trying before they buy' for the coming season.
