The Football League has "confirmed" that Portsmouth will not be deducted points after CSI entered administration - according to a report from The Mirror.
Andrew Andronikou believed that the club wouldn't be deducted points because "there is no football debt" and league officials have apparently decided that CSI is different to the actual football club and therefore because Portsmouth FC itself has not gone into administration, there will be no penalty.
Of course, should the people at Pompey not be able to find a buyer for the club in ample time then the club will again be placed in administration and face a hefty points penalty. Not only that, HMRC would be within their rights to throw another winding up order in the club's direction.
