Paul Cook has signed 20-year-old winger Ben Tollitt on a one-year-deal after the youngster impressed during a trial spell at Portsmouth.
His game time at Havant & Waterlooville was brief but fans were impressed with what they saw in the four minutes they had to judge the ex-Everton youth player who spent most of last season on loan at Skelmserdale United.
Having just signed his first professional contract little is known publicly about Ben, although he has uploaded a showreel of himself playing in youth matches on YouTube which can be seen by clicking here. It looks like he is quick and has a few tricks up his sleeve.
Other than that, he seems like a nice enough lad who is down to earth judging by his twitter feed. Only time will tell if Pompey fans will remember him for the right reasons, if at all.
