It may have taken a while but Miles Storey has finally joined Portsmouth on a season-long loan from Swindon Town.
The 20-year-old has had loans at short loan spells at Salisbury and Shrewsbury but his only goals have for his parent club, two of which were scored in a League Cup tie against Aston Villa.
Storey earned one cap at Under-19 level for England and can also play as a wing forward if required. He is quicker than Pompey's other strikers so should give Andy Awford a different option going forward.
There is a good chance that he'll play in Pompey's first friendly this Saturday at Havant & Waterlooville.
