Pompey's ultimate bogey team, formerly owned by Milan Mandaric, is now managed by Paulo Sousa and his side are currently bottom of the Championship.
The tie will be played the week commencing 20th September, with Pompey also hosting the Foxes on Friday, 25th September in front of the Sky cameras.
