Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has been interested in signing the French striker after a successful loan period last season, where Pericard scored 10 times in the Blues' successful promotion campaign.
And Pericard has admitted he has snubbed offers from other Italian clubs in order to return to Hampshire.
The stumbling block in talks between Portsmouth and the Italian champions seemed to arise in the valuation of the player, with Juventus initally asking for £1 million.
But now the two clubs have agreed on a fee, believed to be £400k, with a 33% sell-on fee.
On the player, Pompey chairman Milan Mandaric told the press: "We're almost there...It's great to capture a young player Harry believes has a tremendous amount of potential... the fans have already seen he can do good things for us".
