Milan Mandaric states that he aims to take the Foxes to the Premiership within three years and wants to do it quickly because he's impatient, and Pompey fans will know all about that!
The takeover has divided our support because although the majority of the Pompey supporters wish Milan well with his new venture, there are still a few who just hate the fact that it's Leicester City, and Pompey have never had anything good to say about Leicester since 1949 when they stopped us from doing a League and Cup double.
I'll openly admit that I have dislike for Leicester and probably dislike them more than any other club barring Southampton, obviously. Even so after all Milan has done for us, I wish him good luck at Leicester and hopefully he can be reunited with Pompey in a Premiership fixture before 2010.
Let's just hope that now he has taken them over, the curse has been lifted and we might actually be able to beat them in the future!
