Sky Sports understands that Pompey captain Liam Lawrence is set to join Cardiff City on loan for the rest of the season.
With Trevor Birch looking to offload the club's highest earners to try and save the club, it seems like Lawrence is to follow Erik Huseklepp out of the loan exit door.
Michael Appleton expects there will be more depatures before the emergency loan window ends on March 22nd. Perhaps someone will do us a favour and borrow Dave Kitson from us.
