Avram Grant has been charged by the FA following his outburst at Kevin Friend during half-time of the Sunderland match on Tuesday.
Following an appaling showing in the first half from the referee, Grant decided to let him know "politely" exactly what he thought of his performance. The Pompey manager was sent to the stands and now faces a charge of "improper conduct".
Grant also continued to voice his frustrations at the referee in his post-match interviews which could land him further in trouble but I'm happy to see a manager who was considered "emotionless" during his time at Chelsea show that he really does care about Pompey.
Grant has until next Thursday to respond to the charge, and the hearing will take place on March 5th.
Speaking of charges and hearings, Harry Redknapp and Milan Mandaric appeared in court today to respond to their tax fraud allegations. The hearing was adjourned until April 10th.
