It's great of Dejan to come out so quickly and piss on these reports, it shows how much he wants to play for us and speculation is the last thing we want right now. I like Dejan, sure he is prone to the odd mistake now and then like any defender but how many times has he made a last ditch block, clearance or tackle? It's good to know that should the worst happen and we're relegated he is likely to still be at Fratton Park.
It does make you wonder though, who starts these ridiculous stories off? Is it a Brummie journo trying to unsettle the team before the big game tommorow or could it be a hopeful dutch journalist? Either way it's bull and this sort of lazy journalism has no place in football. Try telling that to some of the gutter rags however...
