As expected, Paul Cook has appointed Leam Richardson as his assistant manager and Ian Foster as Pompey's first-team coach.
Richardson, 35, has been at Cook's side since the latter was appointed as Accrington Stanley manager in 2012. When Cook left for Chesterfield, the former Stanley player took charge of the Lancashire side as a first-team manager before again joining up with Cook in April 2013.
Foster, 38, has managed Irish sides Galway United and Dundalk. Before he arrived at Pompey he was the first-team coach at Coventry City.
The trio will now be working hard over the summer to recruit plenty of players and to get their ideas across before the new season begins.on August 8th.
